1. Delivery time
      All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and German public holidays).
      For custom-made or special craft items, shipping time may be extended. We will notify you in advance by email (appearent@dajewelrydw.com).
    2. Delivery range and timeliness
      Shipment location: Germany (Full delivery. For orders to the European Union and internationally, please contact customer service to confirm the freight.)
      Estimated delivery time (after shipment) :
      Within Germany: 3-5 working days
      Eu countries: 5 to 15 working days
      Other countries: 10 to 25 working days (customs clearance time may affect the delivery time).
    3. Freight standard
      Within Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50, and a standard shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged for orders under €50.
      International orders: Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on the destination and are automatically displayed at checkout.
    4. Logistics tracking
      After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the DHL/DPD official website.
    5. Delays or problem handling
      In case of logistics delay, package damage or loss, please contact appearent@dajewelrydw.com within 7 days
