1. Scope of policy application
    Due to the special nature of jewelry and accessory products (such as hygiene, customization attributes or material particularities), all orders once sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable or non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    Earrings, necklaces, rings and other close-fitting items (for hygiene and safety considerations);
    Customized engraving, size adjustment and other personalized service products;
    Special offer items or clearance items in promotional activities.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have quality issues or shipping errors, please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for them and provide the following materials:
    Order number and problem description;
    Clear photo/video evidence of product defects;
    Unopened original packaging (if applicable).
    We will verify and then provide you with an exchange or refund solution.
